Located 270 miles southeast of Palm Beach, the elite hideaway was built in the 1990s by the late Shipston Group founder Michael Dingman and comes with every imaginable luxury.

There’s accommodation for 20 guests split between a plantation-style main residence and four guest cottages, along with a gym, spa, seaplane dock, and separate ‘operations village’ for staff and security.

A massive perk is unparalleled privacy as the majority of the 350 neighboring cays and islands are uninhabited.

Those that are, include luxurious seafront estates owned by the likes of Tom Brady, Johnny Depp, Tyler Perry and David Copperfield.

The water in Exuma is said to be so clear that locals have dubbed it ‘Bombay Sapphire blue’ – referencing the gin maker’s iconic aqua blue bottles.
