LeBron James and his team had a forgetful outing as they succumbed to a 102-116 defeat at the Intuit Dome. While the Clippers rejoiced, worrying signs only multiplied for the Lakers. After all, watching their star player, LeBron James, out of form is surely not a great sight for the fans. Struggling to keep up with consistency, James has tried hard to lead the way.

Unfortunately, at times, the immense pressure also seems to have gotten to the legend. In what was a live example of his stress, James failed to put the ball in the basket despite making several attempts. Now that is something that we do not see often with the NBA icon. During their recent game with the Clippers, the Lakers were trailing 93-96 when James got the ball. He immediately rushed towards the rim in what looked like a confirmed point.

Much to everyone’s dismay, King James failed to convert, even with multiple rebounds coming his way. And while he did finish the game with a respectable 25 points, James’ glaring miss had the social media up in arms.

Disappointed at how things went at Inglewood, California, James called for fresh additions to the team. However, as far as he was concerned, the 4x NBA MVP got called out by online fans.

One fan said, “bro delete this.”

Another fan said, “Father Time.”

A third fan chimed in, “He needs some rest.”

This fan-made an Angel Reese reference as the comment read, “LeAngel Reese.”

This fan, too, echoed an Angel Reese comparison, saying, “Bron looking like Angel Reese in the paint oh no.”

Another blamed the jersey, saying, “this jersey is cursed.”

This user said, “HeatBreak For Lakers Fans …”

Lastly, a fan chimed in, “He hanging with Gobert too much.”

Thus, it is evident that things are looking grim for LeBron James and Co. Now, it remains to be seen if they can turn things around in the long run.
