In a shocking legal battle, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has filed a $170 million lawsuit against actor Mark Hamill, accusing him of spreading false claims.

The lawsuit, which was officially submitted to the court this week, stems from recent public statements made by Hamill that Musk claims have damaged his reputation and business interests.

 

Hamill, best known for his iconic role as Luke Skywalker in Star Wars, has been an outspoken critic of Musk on social media, frequently clashing with the Tesla and SpaceX CEO over political and social issues.

Sources close to the lawsuit suggest that Musk believes Hamill’s remarks have crossed the line into defamation, harming his public image and affecting his companies.

“Elon Musk will not tolerate misinformation and defamation, regardless of who it comes from,” a legal representative stated. “This lawsuit is about holding individuals accountable for their words.”

 

In response, Hamill has not yet issued an official statement, but insiders suggest he is prepared to fight the case in court. The actor has been a vocal advocate for progressive causes, often using his platform to criticize what he sees as the rise of unchecked corporate power.

Musk, however, remains firm in his stance, reportedly telling close associates: “Your wokeness, your problem.” His legal team argues that Hamill’s comments have contributed to a wave of online backlash and financial instability for some of Musk’s ventures.
